Located in the Gazimağusa region of Cyprus—amidst the atmosphere of Palm Beach where land and sea merge—Zagato Palazzo is one of my special projects that brings together Mediterranean cuisine, a culture of sharing, live performances, and an entertainment concept.

From the inception and development of Zagato Palazzo to the present day, I have worked on the restaurant concept, professional kitchen structuring, equipment requirements, menu planning, recipe development, product selection, and presentation standards. I continue to provide gastronomy and menu consultancy services today.
Mediterranean Cuisine | New Season
As part of our preparations for the new season, we are continuing to develop a menu that highlights the rich produce of the Mediterranean and the dining culture of Cyprus. Salmon wrapped in chard, Mediterranean-style octopus, seafood pizza, and a variety of mezes are among the new additions.
My fundamental approach is to pair the right product with the right technique, and to combine quality of flavor and presentation with a sustainable culinary philosophy.
