Benzin Cafe - Caddebostan
Concept Consulting
Inspired by Amsterdam and with the younger generation in mind, Ali Cenkoğlu and Hasan Ki̇bar designed a space featuring brain-teasing games and a humor corner—a place where young people could feel at ease and stay in tune with the times. Serving as the general coordinator for Benzin Cafe and Big Yellow Taxi, Arif Aktürk oversaw the opening of 17 branches over a ten-year period, while also handling staff training and menu concept consultancy.
