The N’fes Cafe & Lounge project was launched by Ankara-based businessman Ejder Akarsu to gain experience in a different sector. Realized with a concept combining world cuisine and a hookah lounge, the project was meticulously planned to deliver exceptional service, creating a fresh concept where a spacious atmosphere blends seamlessly with delicious flavors. Concept consultant Arif Aktürk applied his extensive knowledge and experience to every stage of the setup—including the kitchen, dining area, staffing, and bar—leaving his distinctive mark on the venue's concept and culinary offerings.
