The Grill Branche project was conceived by the Hazar İttifak Group—a consortium of Azerbaijani businesspeople—as a stylishly designed venue. Great importance was placed on the contributions of concept consultant Arif Aktürk, whose unique flavors and presentation styles shaped the establishment. The project bears the signature of renowned architect Erhan Kaygas.
